One of the more fascinating services SESI provides is to lead organizational groups through a process that identifies working styles and preferences of the members of the team.  A team view is produced that helps each person understand theirselves more fully, and also to recognize how their team members interact with their style so tensions are reduced and productivity is increased.  These sessions are fun!  Once a team is on a fully realized pathway and working together at optimum capacity, the focus turns to the constituencies they interact with on behalf of their organization.
